Submissions to Science Panel

On June 13, 2016, the Honourable Kirsty Duncan, Minister of Science launched an independent review of federal funding for fundamental science. The review is being conducted by an independent panel of distinguished research leaders and innovators. Its report and recommendations are scheduled to be made public by the end of 2016.

The review panel invited public submissions over the summer. The National ME/FM Action Network made two submissions. The first was a general submission. The second dealt specifically with the rejection by the Canadian Institutes of Health Research of an application for funding of a ME/CFS research network.
