BENEFIT CONCERT IN SUPPORT OF BC WOMEN'S HOSPITAL FOUNDATION

Join award-winning soprano Jacqueline Ko and guests for an evening of beautiful opera and Broadway songs, including favourites by Mozart and Puccini, Sondheim and Stephen Schwartz. In honour of the International Awareness Day for Myalgic Encephalomyelitis/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome & Fibromyalgia, 100% of proceeds will go to the BC Women’s Hospital Foundation in support of the Complex Chronic Disease Program. The evening will include a small reception and a prize raffle.

Soprano Jacqueline Ko has lived with ME/CFS since the age of six. Despite the challenges of her illness, she has found a way to realize her dream of becoming professional opera singer and founding her own opera company. In honour of International ME/CFS & FM Awareness Day, she hopes to use her passion for music to support research and treatment and raise awareness for these debilitating diseases.
