Lydia Neilson - Thank You to all

Dear Friends:

I started out thanking everyone individually for the congratulations sent to me for being awarded the 2011 IACFS/ME Special Service Award.  However, the response of congratulations was so overwhelming, I am unable to give you an individual reply of gratitude for your support.

I therefore am sending out this general email but please know that my response to you is one of gratefulness that you support me and most importantly the National ME/FM Action Network. Although I am receiving the Award, please know that I am sharing it with all of you who are doing your part in promoting ME/CFS and FM awareness.
