We received a delightful email from Armand Lupien. He is planning a bicycle ride across Canada this summer to raise awareness of Fibromyalgia and chronic pain diseases. He will also be fund-raising. Donations will given to the National ME/FM Action Network. His sister has FM and he sees what she is experiencing.

Armand plans to leave from St John’s Newfoundland on May 28. He hopes to arrive in Vancouver in early August. In the longer term, he plans to study study engineering and neurosciences and work in the field of neurological conditions.
